Every custom order passes defined checks from raw hide to export packing. Below is how we inspect, how long each stage takes, and what to expect from sample through bulk dispatch.
Inspection standards
Multi-stage checks on every order
We inspect raw leather hides before cutting, verify stitch counts and seam strength during assembly, and test hardware for corrosion resistance. Colour fastness is checked on finished batches before sign-off.
Each gate has a recorded pass criterion, so buyers receive documented results with every bulk shipment.
Production schedule
From prototype to container dispatch

Prototyping
Sample development against your design and specifications, followed by revision rounds until approved.

Material preparation
Hides and hardware are selected, inspected, and staged for the approved sample's specification.

Batch assembly
Cutting and stitching run in controlled batches, with in-process checks at each stage.

Quality sign-off
Finished goods are checked against the approved sample before packing is released.
