Before any bulk run, the approved sample is the standard our workshop works to. Quality checks run at leather inspection, cutting, assembly, and packaging.

We review your drawing or sample and make the pattern. A prototype confirms fit, proportion, and hardware placement before production starts.

Approved patterns are cut in batches. Each panel is checked for grain, thickness, and consistency against the sample.

Components are stitched, edged, and fitted with hardware in staged batches, with inspection at each milestone.

Finished pieces are counted, packed, and prepared for FOB handoff at Kolkata or Chennai port, with runs from 10 to 10,000+ pieces.
